How to cancel Netflix and check a charge
Cancel a Netflix membership, identify partner billing and prepare a clear request when a charge appears incorrect.
Start with the correct payment route
If Netflix does not show a cancellation option, its help centre says the membership may be billed through a payment partner that must handle the cancellation.
